Rahima Parween, from Darbhanga, Bihar, secured AIR 40 in the CA Intermediate September 2026 examination. However, managing a two-month backlog and exam stress made her preparation challenging. With PWโs recorded classes and a consistent revision routine, she worked towards completing her syllabus while keeping her goal of securing a rank in sight.
Rahima had already experienced PWโs teaching through its CA Foundation YouTube classes. That experience influenced her decision to continue with PW for Intermediate preparation.
โKyunki sir main foundation bhi dekhi thi. YouTube par jab itne achhe se padha rahe to batches mein kya hi padhaate honge. Isliye mujhe laga ki mujhe yahin se batch lena chahiye.โ
Her confidence in that decDision remained strong when she reflected on it later.
Having made her choice, Rahima continued her preparation through PWโs recorded classes, which suited her study routine.
Rahimaโs preparation schedule became disrupted midway, leaving her with two months of pending classes. Catching up while preparing for the examination added pressure to an already demanding schedule.
โSir, classes ke saath main ye tha ki mera schedule beech mein thoda bigad gaya tha. Backlog ho gaya tha.โ
She confirmed the extent of the delay during the interview.
โYes sir poore do mahine ke mere backlog ho gaye the.โ
Despite this setback, Rahima continued studying and revising alongside her classes. She also had to adjust her approach for some NSM chapters because of the limited time available.
Rahima attended recorded classes and appreciated the teachersโ engaging style. Alongside classroom learning, she maintained long study hours to cover her syllabus and revise what she had learned.
โSir jaise ki main 10 se 12 ghante mein padh leti thi.โ
She also recalled how some chapters required a faster approach as she worked to stay on schedule.
โMatlab NSM ke kuch chapters mujhe first track se karne pade kyunki thoda time ka issue ho gaya.โ
Rahima completed her syllabus by 10 August while revising alongside it. PWโs recorded classes allowed her to continue learning as she worked through her preparation schedule.
Although Rahima had always wanted to secure a rank, she was uncertain about her result after the FMSM examination. The paper left her stressed, and she did not know whether her performance would be enough.
โNahi sir expected nahi tha. Mera FMSM ke paper mein aisa lag raha tha ki hoga nahi hoga. Bahut zyada stress ho raha tha.โ
Her experience with Taxation was more reassuring. She felt that most of the paper was manageable, although the GST theory section was somewhat tricky.
โTax ka paper aisa nahi tha ki bahut tough tha. Bas GST ka theory part thoda tricky tha, baaki theek tha.โ
Rahima ultimately secured AIR 40, with 90 in Advanced Accounts, 21 in Law, 78 in Taxation, 83 in Costing, 63 in Audit and 59 in FMSM. Her parents were happy and proud of her achievement.
Rahima Parweenโs story shows that preparation does not always go according to plan. A disrupted schedule and exam stress can create uncertainty, but consistent effort, revision and the right learning support can help you keep moving towards your goals. Her AIR 40 achievement offers encouragement to CA students facing similar challenges
