The CA Inter Corporate and Other Laws Syllabus 2026-27 is applicable from the May 2027 examination onwards. Paper-2 is titled Corporate and Other Laws under the New Scheme of Education and Training. The syllabus is divided into two parts: Company Law and Limited Liability Partnership Law, and Other Laws.
You can use the syllabus structure to understand the chapters covered in the paper and plan your studies accordingly.
Part I covers Company Law and Limited Liability Partnership Law. It is divided into three modules. Module 1 has six chapters, Module 2 has five chapters, and Module 3 has one chapter.
