Online Eligibility Test for Information Systems Audit Course is an important step for Chartered Accountants aiming to complete the ICAI Information Systems Audit (ISA) Course. The test evaluates a member’s understanding of key information system concepts before they advance to the post-qualification course.

It is organized by the Digital Accounting and Assurance Board (DAAB) of ICAI. The ICAI ISA ET November 2025 will be conducted online under the latest ISA 3.0 Syllabus. Members who have completed their Professional Training (PT) and meet all eligibility criteria by September 30, 2025, can apply to appear in this test.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially released the notification for the Online Eligibility Test (ET) for the Information Systems Audit (ISA) Course.

ISA Online Test 2025 Schedule

The test is strictly timed and conducted online via the ICAI Digital Learning Hub. Candidates should ensure that all prerequisites are met before the exam. Below is the ISA Online Test 2025 Schedule:

Here, the registration process is given for both first-time candidates and re-attempt candidates:

1. Visit learning.icai.org and log in using SSP credentials.

2. Go to My Dashboard, then Applicable Product, and then click on the notification “PQC – Information Systems Audit 3.0 – Eligibility_Test_November-2025.”

3. Click Launch Assessment and complete the Face Registration.

4. Close the window after submission, and on the exam day, you can access the test through the Assessment node.

ISA Eligibility Test 2025 Registration Process For Re-Attempt Candidates

1. Login to ICAI Digital Learning Hub.

2. Go to My Dashboard, then click on ‘Information Systems Audit 3.0 - Re-assessment Eligibility November 2025.’

3. Click Launch the Re-Assessment Batch and complete the payment of ₹500.

4. Complete Face Registration for authentication.

5. Access the Assessment node on the test date to appear in the exam.

Prerequisites for ISA ET November 2025

Before appearing for the Online Eligibility Test for Information Systems Audit Course, candidates must ensure:

• Active ICAI Membership Number.

• Working desktop/laptop with a camera and stable internet.

• No use of mobile phones during the test.

• Completion of Face Registration by 1st November 2025 (5:00 PM).

• Valid login credentials for ICAI Digital Learning Hub (DLH).

Face Registration Guidelines for ISA ET November 2025

Face registration is mandatory for authentication during the online test. Here are the steps to complete face registration:

1. Capture 5 clear facial images using your webcam.

2. Make sure the face is well-lit and visible (avoid sunglasses or low light).

3. The face should occupy at least 50% of the frame.

4. Only one person should appear during registration.

5. Once submitted, the images are sent to DLH Admin for approval.

Important:

• Members who have already completed face registration for any ICAI online exam need not repeat it.

• The process must be finished within the given time frame; no extensions will be granted.

Mock Test for ISA ET 2025

A Mock Test will be conducted on 4th November 2025 (10:00 AM – 1:30 PM).
It will:

• Help candidates practice the actual online testing interface.

• Be accessible from “My Products” on the Digital Learning Hub.

• Last for 50 minutes (no marks awarded).

It is strongly advised that all candidates appear in this mock test to avoid technical issues on the exam day.

Exam Instructions and Rules for ICAI ISA ET November 2025

Candidates must know the rules and instructions regarding the ICAI ISA ET November 2025 exam:

• The test timer starts once the assessment is launched.

• Submit button becomes active after 60 minutes of the test start.

• If the screen is minimized, toggled, or refreshed, the exam will be locked and auto-submitted.

• Candidates must stay in front of the camera throughout the exam.
