Physics Wallah (PW) student Dip Roy has made a mark in the CA Foundation September 2025 exams with an impressive score of 330 marks, and secured the 14th Rank. In a live interaction, he shared his journey, preparation strategy, and experiences with the PW team, offering valuable insights for aspirants.
Dip’s marks in individual subjects were:
Accounts: 91
Law: 67
Mathematics (Quantitative): 80
Dip studied using PW’s free YouTube content and credited it for his success. Despite studying independently through online videos, he followed a clear structure:
Completed each chapter in one or two sittings
Followed the strategies suggested by the teachers for each subject
Practiced all questions from books and past MTPs (Mock Test Papers)
Q. That’s amazing! Scoring AIR 14 through YouTube learning is truly inspiring! How did you approach your preparation?
Dip:
I used to study one or two chapters daily and watch full one-shot videos. I followed every strategy video uploaded by teachers and revised regularly. For practice, I solved all module questions, MTPs, and PYQs multiple times. That gave me strong command and confidence.
On the paper difficulty, Dip shared:
"At first, the paper looked easy, but when I started writing, even the best students found it a bit tricky. The Quantitative paper was more difficult, but I managed to score 80 marks."
He also explained that he watched videos one-shot per chapter and then solved all practice questions to reinforce concepts.
Dip highlighted the role of family in his journey. His mother expressed pride in his accomplishment, emphasizing both Dip’s dedication and the supportive environment at home.
The PW team congratulated Dip and expressed eagerness to meet him in person for a celebration. Dip shared his excitement about meeting the mentors and fellow students.
