Srishti Sehlawat secured AIR 20 in CA Foundation May 2026 with 341 marks out of 400. Having appeared for her Class 12 exams shortly before the CA Foundation examination, she had only around one and a half to two months for focused preparation.
Rather than targeting a rank, Srishti initially aimed to simply clear the attempt. She used PW’s Fast Track batch, One Shot sessions, revision resources, and subject-specific practice to prepare within the limited time available.
Srishti had appeared for her Class 12 exams in 2025-26 and had already done some CA Foundation preparation alongside school. However, she could not manage it extensively during Class 12.
After her board exams, she had around one and a half to two months left and decided to use that time for focused CA Foundation preparation.
“Sir, actually maine na abhi meri isi 25-26 mein maine apni 12th ki exam di thi, to isliye mujhe aisa to nahi tha ki meri rank bhi lagegi, mujhe itni ummeed nahi thi. Mujhe ye tha ki bas mujhe is attempt mein pass hona hai kyunki mere paas itna time nahi tha ki matlab main subject mein itne achhe se padhai kar sakoon.”
Since her primary goal was to clear the exam, securing a rank came as an unexpected result.
With limited time after Class 12, Srishti opted for the Fast Track batch and also used PW’s One Shot sessions for revision and practice.
Business Law was one of the subjects she found difficult, particularly because she had not been able to do enough writing practice earlier. She revised the star sheets and used One Shot sessions to cover important portions.
“Maine answer writing mein bhi jaise maine na notes pehle hi bana liye the par padh nahi paayi thi, padhe maine abhi se exam se thode din pehle wahi star sheet maine bas wahi revise ki thi, aur bas aur maine na YouTube pe One Shots bahut dekhe the.”
For Quantitative Aptitude, she relied heavily on One Shot sessions and practised the questions covered by Anurag Sir.
Srishti had studied some subjects from the same PW teachers during school and continued with them for CA Foundation. She found this continuity useful because she was already familiar with their teaching approach.
She studied Economics with Love Kaushik Sir, whom she had also studied with in Classes 11 and 12. Similarly, she had studied Accountancy with Manish Sir during Class 12 and continued with him for CA Foundation.
For Srishti, studying with familiar teachers made it easier to understand their approach and maintain continuity while preparing in a short time.
Srishti scored 341 marks out of 400, securing 89 in Accountancy, 93 in Quantitative Aptitude, 97 in Business Economics, and 62 in Business Law.
Her result was particularly unexpected because she had initially prepared with the goal of simply clearing the examination rather than securing a rank. The result turned her initial expectation of simply passing into an AIR 20 achievement.
Srishti Sehlawat’s CA Foundation journey shows how focused preparation can help when the available time is limited. After her Class 12 exams, she used the remaining one and a half to two months for dedicated preparation with PW’s Fast Track batch, One Shots, revision resources, and practice. Without making AIR her target, she secured 341 marks and AIR 20 in May 2026.
