AILET PG Exam Date 2027 has been announced in the admission notice. The examination will be held on 13 December 2026, and the timing is 2 PM to 4 PM. Candidates get 2 hours to solve the paper.
AILET PG Admit Card 2027 is expected to be issued to the candidates in November/December 2027. Candidates need to visit the website to get the call letter once the link is live. It is an important document for the candidates to know the roll number, instructions, reporting time, centre name, and address. Carry the admit card on the exam day to complete the verification check.
Candidates must meet the required educational qualification before applying for the LL.M. programme.
Candidates should have an LL.B. degree or an equivalent law degree with at least 50% marks.
SC, ST, and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates need 45% marks.
Candidates appearing in the final year LL.B. examination in 2027 can also apply.
There are 70 seats through AILET merit and 10 additional seats for Foreign Nationals and OCI/PIO candidates.
One additional supernumerary seat is available for Kashmiri Migrants.
Foreign Nationals and OCI/PIO candidates are not required to appear for AILET.
Candidates must also meet the minimum aggregate marks required for admission as mentioned in the notification.

General and OBC candidates: ₹3,000
SC, ST, and PwD candidates: ₹1,000
SC/ST and women candidates who belong to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category do not have to pay the application fee.
NLU Delhi has shared a clear refund policy for candidates.
The counselling fee will be fully refunded if a candidate leaves the admission process.
If admission is completed, the counselling fee will be adjusted in the total university fee.
If a candidate withdraws admission later, the refund will be made according to the UGC guidelines.
