Q4. A business had purchased machinery worth ₹2 lakh. The machinery was insured against loss by theft but not by fire. After one year, the machinery was ultimately damaged by fire, and the business sustained a significant financial setback.

What kind of risk of business is represented in this case?

The type of business risk is "Insurable and Non-Insurable Risk". The risk of loss from theft is insurable, but the risk of loss due to fire was not insurable in this case as it was not covered, therefore distinguishing between risk types.
