Emphasized Document Corrections: The official notice reiterates the importance of having an updated Aadhaar Card. The candidate's name, date of birth, photograph, address, and parents' names on the Aadhaar must match the details on their Class 10th and 12th academic records.

Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar Card):

Consistency Across Documents:
It is mandatory that the spelling of the candidate's name, as well as their parents' names, is absolutely identical across the Class 10th marksheet, Class 12th document (admit card/marksheet), and the Aadhaar card.
Candidates are urged to check for any discrepancies and apply for corrections immediately.
Scanned Images:
Passport-Sized Photograph: A recent photograph is required. The scanned file size must be between 10 KB and 200 KB.
Signature: The candidate's signature, signed on a plain white sheet of paper. The scanned file size must be between 4 KB and 30 KB.
Category / Caste Certificate:
This is required for candidates applying under reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC, EWS, or Persons with Disabilities (PwD).
The certificate must be updated and valid.
Crucial Distinction: The NTA will only accept certificates issued by the Central Government. State Government-issued certificates will not be valid for the CUET application.
PwD candidates may also require a UDID (Unique Disability ID) card.
