The One Day Orientation Program (ODOP) is a structured training initiative by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Eligibility Criteria for ODOP

The ODOP is mandatory for all students who have registered for the CS Executive Programme on or after 1st June 2019. Students must complete the ODOP within 30 days of their registration to be eligible for the CS Executive examination.

For students registered on or before 31st January 2025, completing the ODOP is essential to submit the enrollment form for the June 2025 CS Examinations.

Duration and Format of ODOP

The One Day Orientation Program (ODOP) is a full-day session lasting at least six hours, including breaks.

The session typically runs from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with lunch and short breaks.

The ODOP is conducted through Regional Offices (ROs), Chapters, and now online mode.

From 1st February 2025, the ODOP will be replaced by a Three Days Orientation Program (TDOP) for new students registering in the CS Executive Programme.

Online ODOP: Step-by-Step Guide

To make it more accessible, ICSI has allowed students to complete ODOP through online mode. Here’s how you can complete the ODOP online:

Step 1: Log in to E-Learning Portal

Use your existing login credentials for the ICSI Foundation/Executive e-learning platform.

If logging in for the first time, use the registration number without any slash signs, followed by @icsi.edu. Example: If the registration number is 123456/03/2021, the login ID will be 123456032021@icsi.edu.

Use the default password: "Learn@1234".

Step 2: Change Password

The system will prompt you to reset your password.

Enter the default password (Learn@1234) as the current password and set a new one.

Step 3: Access the ODOP Course

Navigate to the "My Courses" section.

Search for "Executive ODOP" and click on it.

Click on the “Launch” button to access the course content.

Step 4: Complete the Course Content

The program consists of different modules.

Click the “+” sign to expand and view all content.

Read through all sections and click on “Mark as Read” after completing each.

Step 5: Complete the Assessment

At the end of the content, an assessment will be available.

Pass the assessment to complete the ODOP with 100% progress.

Step 6: Download Completion Certificate

Upon successful completion, the ODOP certificate can be downloaded as proof of participation.

ODOP Fee Structure

The total fee for ODOP is ₹600, which includes:

• ₹500 for the program fee.
• ₹100 for the ODOP module.
• The fee is paid directly to ICSI Headquarters (HQ) at the time of registration.

No additional charges are applicable from Regional Offices or Chapters.
