CS Executive June 2026 Success Story: Tanvi Gupta Scores 384 Marks With PW

Tanvi Gupta cleared both groups of CS Executive in her first attempt and scored 384 marks in the June 2026 examination. She began her preparation in December and followed a routine that combined classes, self-study, revision and regular question practice.

Her preparation also had its difficult phases. At one point, she felt that she might not be able to clear the examination. With continued support from her teachers and a strong focus on revision and practice, she stayed with her preparation and eventually scored more than she had expected.

How Tanvi Gupta Started Her CS Executive Preparation

Tanvi started preparing for the June examination in December. She worked through the subjects during the following months and gradually developed a routine around her classes and self-study.

When asked about the subjects she found difficult, she mentioned Tax as one area that initially required more effort.

Starting several months before the examination gave Tanvi time to study the syllabus and build a regular revision and practice routine rather than relying only on the final few weeks.

How Tanvi Gupta Built Her Writing and Question Practice

Since CS Executive includes subjective papers, Tanvi gave specific attention to writing practice. She first learned the theory and then practised questions chapter-wise.

“Maine writing practice pehle main saara theory learn kar leti thi, uske baad maine writing practice ki thi — ek-ek har ek chapter ki wise maine writing practice ki thi, daily main atleast five question practice karti thi.”

She followed a similar approach for Tax. After revising the topics from her chart book, she practised sums regularly.

This helped her combine theoretical preparation with the actual practice of writing answers and solving numerical questions.

How PW Faculty Helped Tanvi Gupta Through Her Preparation

Tanvi specifically credited her teachers for helping her with different subjects. She mentioned Sumit Sir for Tax, Shivani Ma’am for Company Law, the host and Devashish Sir for CMA, and Mehndi Ma’am for SBIL.

“Tax thoda hard lag raha tha, lekin phir Sumit sir ne help bahut ki Tax mein, phir CI mein Shivani ma'am bahut accha padhaati hai to usse to mujhe yaad ho hi gaya tha. CAFM ke liye aap aur Debashish sir ne bahut help ki thi, usme ho gaya tha. SBIL mein bhi bahut accha kiya— usme Mehandi ma'am ne bahut help ki usme bhi.”

The support was not limited to subject preparation. Tanvi also recalled a phase when she felt that she might not be able to clear the examination. She said that the encouragement from her teachers helped her continue.

“Haan ma'am hua tha, mujhe laga ki main nahi kar paaungi, nahi hoga, lekin phir aap logon ne motivate kiya to phir ho gaya.”

For Tanvi, this guidance helped her continue with preparation when she was struggling with self-doubt.

How Tanvi Gupta Made Daily Revision Her Strength

Revision became the most consistent part of Tanvi’s preparation. Along with her classes, she studied for around five to six hours of self-study in the evening and at night.

When asked what she would credit for her performance, she pointed towards regular revision.

“Sir daily revisions — daily revision maine roz kiya hai, ek bhi subject ka maine beech mein chhoda nahi. Revision karne se bahut help hui hai mujhe.”

She revised her subjects multiple times before the examination, with most subjects being revised around five to seven times. In another part of the interview, she said she had revised almost ten times while preparing for the examination.

For Tanvi, repeated revision helped her retain what she had studied and remain familiar with the syllabus throughout her preparation.

How Tanvi Gupta Turned Her Preparation Into 384 Marks

Tanvi’s preparation ultimately resulted in 384 marks and a first-attempt clearance of both CS Executive groups. She also said that the result was higher than what she had expected.

Her advice to future CS Executive aspirants was closely connected to the strategy she followed herself.

“Ma'am unke liye advice to main yahi doongi ki revision karein aur sums solve karein. Maine to bahut revision kiya tha, almost 10 times kiya revision, sums bahut saara solve kiya, ek hi sums ko baar-baar kiya to usse bahut help hui hai. To revision hi tumhaare liye sabse best hai.”

Tanvi’s journey shows how a consistent routine can support preparation for a professional examination. Starting in December, she combined classes with self-study, practised answers and sums, revised subjects repeatedly and relied on teacher support when she faced self-doubt.
