The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) conducts the Company Secretary (CS) Executive exams twice a year, offering aspirants a stepping stone toward a rewarding career in corporate governance and compliance. CS Executive Syllabus June 2025 Overview

The CS Executive program is at the intermediate level of the CS course. It comprises two modules, each designed to provide a strong foundation in corporate laws, securities, and other aspects of the profession. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has mandated that candidates enrolled under the CS Executive old syllabus (2012) must transition to the revised syllabus introduced in 2017. Eligibility : Candidates must have passed the CSEET (CS Executive Entrance Test) or meet the exemption criteria. Exam Pattern :
  • Mode : Offline (pen and paper).
  • Type of Questions : Combination of objective and descriptive.
  • Marking Scheme : Each paper carries 100 marks, with a 40% minimum in each paper and a 50% aggregate required to pass a module.
