These exams are taken in offline mode at various test centres. In December 2025, the CS Professional exam will be held from December 22 to 29, 2025, and it will also be an offline exam.

Here are the easy steps for registering for the CS Professional Exam 2025:
Step 1: Visit the official ICSI website.
Step 2: On the website, click on "online services" in the menu and select "student portal" from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: You'll be taken to the ICSI SMASH portal.
Step 4: Log in using the username and password you used for the CS executive exam. Enter the verification code and click "login."
Step 6: Click "View details" for the current syllabus you're enrolled in, and then fill in the required information.
Step 7: Pay the registration fee, and make sure to download and save the payment receipt for your records.
Step 8: A payment receipt will be generated, so be sure to download it for future reference.
After you complete the CS Professional exam registration, it's valid for 5 years. You can choose to revalidate it after 5 years if you wish.
