ICSI will release the CS exam pass Percentage for the Executive and Professional exams held in June 2025 on its website on 25th August 2025. These rates indicate the number of candidates who passed the exams. Check CS Pass Percentage for December 2024 session in the table below:
After the ICSI result is declared, you can apply to verify your marks. If you want to do this, you can apply either online or offline by paying INR 250 for each subject you want to verify. For online applications, simply fill out the form at this web link. For offline applications, download the verification form from the official website. Fill it out and send it along with a Demand Draft of the required fee via speed/registered post to: The Joint Secretary, Date. of Examinations, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, C-37, Sector 62, Institutional Area, NOIDA – 201 309 (Uttar Pradesh). On the envelope, write "Application for Verification of Marks". The Demand Draft should be made out to "The Institute of Company Secretaries of India" and payable at New Delhi. Alternatively, you can pay in cash at the Regional/Chapter/Noida Office.
Steps to Request CS Result 2025 Verification
To apply for ICSI CS-certified copies of answer books or verification of marks, follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the provided link.
Step 2: Log in with your credentials.
Step 3: You'll be directed to your dashboard after logging in.
Step 4: If you've forgotten your password, click on 'Forgot password'.
Step 5: Click on 'Module' and then 'Exam' submenu.
Step 6: Select 'Verification Of Marks/Inspection/Certified Copies of Answer Books'.
Step 7: Fill in details like VMCR number, application type, and request type.
Step 8: Add a new request by clicking on 'Add new request'.
Step 9: Enter exam details, roll number, registration number, contact information, correspondence address, and request type.
Step 10: The screen will display result details based on your request type selection.
Step 11: Agree to the guidelines by selecting the appropriate boxes.
Step 12: Proceed to payment by clicking on 'proceed to payment'.
Step 13: Choose your payment mode and click 'next'.
Step 14: The transaction ID and user details will appear on the screen.
Step 15: Click on the payment gateway link to complete the transaction.
Step 16: Upon successful payment, a receipt will be generated. Print it for your records.
