1. Visit the official NTA CSIR-NET web portal at csirnet.nta.ac.in.

2. Click on the link titled "E-Certificate for Joint CSIR-UGC NET June 2026" located under Candidate Activity.

3. You will be redirected to the secure NTA e-Certificate login page.

4. Select Joint CSIR-UGC NET as the institution name and enter your Application Number, Password / Date of Birth, and the visible Captcha code.

5. Click Submit to open your candidate dashboard.

6. Your CSIR NET June 2026 Certificate or JRF Award Letter PDF will appear on the screen.

7. Download the PDF file and print clear colour copies for document verification sessions.

Qualification Categories & CSIR NET Certificate Validity Period

The NTA issues the CSIR NET June 2026 Certificate based on three qualifying streams:

• Category 1 (JRF & Assistant Professor): Grants the JRF Award Letter alongside Assistant Professor eligibility. The JRF award remains valid for 3 years from the date of certificate issuance. The Assistant Professor eligibility holds lifetime validity.

• Category 2 (Assistant Professor & PhD Admission): Grants the Assistant Professor eligibility certificate (valid for lifetime) and eligibility for PhD program admission.

• Category 3 (PhD Admission Only): Grants PhD admission eligibility. The score remains valid for 1 year for PhD admissions, where the NET score carries a 70% weightage during institute interviews.
