For Associate Professor (Pay Level 13A2), require 6+ years post-PhD. experience (excluding PhD period), including 3+ years at Assistant Professor Grade-I level in IITs/IISc/IIMs/IISERs or equivalent. For Professor (Pay Level 14A), need 10+ years post-PhD. experience, including 4+ years at the Associate Professor level in premier institutions.
