Common Requirement: A Ph.D. degree in a relevant discipline with a consistently first-class academic record or equivalent in the preceding degrees.
Assistant Professor Grade II: This is an entry-level position for Ph.D. holders who have a strong research aptitude but lack the requisite post-Ph.D. experience.
Assistant Professor Grade I: Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of post-Ph.D. teaching, research, or industrial experience.
Associate Professor: Minimum 6 years of teaching, research, or industrial experience, out of which at least 3 years must be at the level of Assistant Professor Grade I or equivalent in premier institutes.
Professor: Minimum 10 years of teaching, research, or industrial experience, out of which at least 4 years must be at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent in top-tier organizations.
