AMU UG Counselling 2026 Round-Wise Admission Schedule has been officially announced for the candidates interested in applying for the counselling for the undergraduate admission process. Candidates can check the dates accordingly to register for the counselling rounds. 

AMU UG Seat Allotment 2026 Process

AMU UG Seat Allotment 2026 Process is fully automated and based on candidate merit and submitted preferences.

• Registration: Candidates must enter their AMU Application Number and CUET Application Number issued by NTA.

• Choice Filling: Candidates must select their preferred courses or branches in order of preference.

• Firm List Display: The university prepares and displays the "Firm List" (allotment list) for each round.

• Automatic Upgradation: Candidates admitted in any round after fee payment are automatically upgraded to their higher preferred course if seats become available. Upgraded candidates do not need to register again in subsequent rounds.

Documents Required for AMU UG Counselling 2026

Candidates must upload clear, legible copies of original certificates on the counselling portal. If documents are blurry or incorrect, the candidate's application may be rejected.

List of Essential Documents:

• Class 10 (Matriculation) Mark Sheet and Certificate.

• Class 12 (Intermediate) Mark Sheet and Certificate.

• CUET Scorecard / Admit Card.

• Category / Reservation Certificate (if applicable).

• Character Certificate from the institution last attended.

• Valid Photo Identity Card (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or School ID).

AMU UG Admission Fee Payment & Reporting Process

After a seat is allotted in the Firm List, the candidate must log in to the portal to accept the seat and pay the admission fee online.

• Timely Payment: Fee payment must be completed within the specified dates for each round. Failure to pay on time leads to forfeiture of the seat claim.

• Grace Period: A short grace period with a late fee is provided after each round for candidates who missed the primary payment deadline.

• Physical Reporting: After online fee payment, candidates must report to the allocated department or faculty on the specified date with original documents for physical verification.
