Assam University Exam Pattern 2024 is released by the authority. Admission to Assam University is accepted through CUET exam. Assam University offers admission to bachelor’s and integrated programs for the students who have passed class 10+2. As per Assam University Exam Pattern 2024, the exam is divided into four sections i.e., Section IA, Section IB, Section II, Section III.
- Section IA and Section IB are language-based, where 13 or 19 different languages have to be chosen, respectively. Each language section has 50 questions, and 45 minutes to complete it.
- Section II is the domain-specific test, which consists of 27 subjects. You need to choose one subject. Similar to the language sections, you will have 45 minutes to answer 50 questions related to your chosen subject.
- Section III is the General Test, which includes a broader range of topics. 60 minutes is given to complete 75 questions of this section.

Assam University Exam Pattern 2024: Marking Scheme
Candidates who wish to appear for the exam must understand the marking scheme of CUET exam to gain a good score in the examination- Candidates will be awarded 5 marks for correct or most appropriate answers.
- For every incorrect answer, 1 mark is deducted.
- No marks will be deducted for unanswered or marked for review questions.
- If all the options are correct, candidates will be awarded 5 marks if they answer the question.
- Incorrect/Question Dropped: If a question is found to be incorrect or dropped, all candidates who attempted that question will be given five marks (+5) as compensation.
- The evaluation of MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) in all subjects will be based on the final answer keys. The raw (actual) marks obtained by a candidate will be considered for the computation of the CUET 2023 results.
