CUET 2026 Exam Day Documents Checklist

CUET 2026 Exam Day Documents Checklist: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has mentioned guidelines for the candidates regarding the CUET 2026 exam day documents checklist. Candidates who will appear for the exam scheduled from May 11 to May 31, 2026 need to carry the requiremed documents. It includes the CUET UG admit card, ID proof, and photograph. So that, the security check can be completed without any issues at the test centre.

CUET 2026 Exam Day Documents Checklist: Required Documents List

To ensure a smooth entry into the examination hall for the CUET UG 2026 (scheduled between May 11 and May 31, 2026), cross-check your bag with this list:

  • CUET 2026 Admit Card: A clear printout (A4 size). Soft copies on phones are not permitted.

  • Self-Declaration (Undertaking): Downloaded with the admit card, duly filled in (except for the signature, which must be done in front of the invigilator).

  • Valid Photo ID (Original): Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport. (Photocopies or digital IDs in DigiLocker are often not accepted at the gate).

  • Passport Size Photograph: At least one additional photo (the same as the one uploaded in the application form) to be pasted on the attendance sheet.

  • PwD/PwBD Certificate: If applicable, to avail of compensatory time or scribe facilities.

Permitted Items (Other Than Documents)

  • Transparent Water Bottle: Carry a white transparent water bottle. Remember to remove any wrappers (e.g., from brands like Bisleri). (Memory Tip: Staying hydrated helps maintain focus and prevents discomfort from heat, allowing your mind to concentrate on the paper and thus improving performance.

  • Pens: Carry basic blue or black ballpoint pens for rough work. As practical advice, avoid carrying expensive or valuable pens. If the centre staff requires you to leave your pen outside, you may not get it back. Inexpensive pens (e.g., ₹5-₹10) that write well are recommended.

  • Loose Cash: Carry a minimal amount of loose cash for transportation or necessities like food or water, especially if travelling from afar. Do NOT carry a wallet, as wallets will be deposited outside the examination hall and are prone to being misplaced or lost.
