  •  Aadhaar Card / Passport / PAN Card / Bank Passbook with photograph (any one for ID verification)

  • Five recent passport-size photographs (2.5 x 3.0 cm with white background)

  • Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) – for reservation benefits
