CUET UG 2026 Revised Exam Date Out, Admit Card for 6 & 7 June Released

NTA has announced the revised CUET UG 2026 exam dates for candidates whose May 28 examination was postponed due to the Bakrid holiday revision. The rescheduled exams will now be conducted on May 31 and June 6/7, 2026. Admit cards for the 6 & 7 June exam have been released at cuet.nta.nic.in.

CUET UG 2026 Revised Exam Date: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced the revised schedule for the CUET UG 2026 examination that was postponed earlier due to the revised Bakrid holiday notification issued by the Government of India.

As per the latest public notice released on May 27, 2026, the CUET UG 2026 examinations scheduled on May 28 in both shifts have now been rescheduled for:

  • May 31, 2026

  • June 6 and June 7, 2026

The revised examination schedule has been issued for all affected candidates whose examinations were postponed earlier. The admit card for 6 & 7 June 2026 has been released on 1 June 2026.

CUET UG 2026 Admit Card Released

NTA has also released the updated CUET UG 2026 admit cards for candidates appearing in the rescheduled examination on June 6 & 7, 2026.

Candidates can now download their fresh admit cards from the official CUET UG website using their application number and password.

Official Notice by NTA

According to the official public notice issued on May 27, 2026:

“The National Testing Agency (NTA) has re-scheduled the examination for the affected candidates on 31 May 2026 and 06/07 June 2026.”

The notice further states:

“Admit cards for candidates scheduled to appear on 31 May 2026 have been released today i.e. 27.05.2026.”

Candidates have been advised to carefully read all instructions mentioned on the updated admit card before appearing for the examination.

Why Was CUET UG 2026 Exam Postponed?

Earlier, the CUET UG 2026 examination scheduled for May 28, 2026, was postponed after the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) revised the holiday date for Id-ul-Zuha (Bakrid).

To avoid inconvenience for students, examination staff, and administration across centres, NTA decided to postpone the examination in both shifts scheduled on that date.

The postponement applied only to the affected candidates scheduled on May 28, while exams on other dates continued as per schedule.

Candidates can follow these steps to download the revised admit card:

  1. Visit the official CUET UG website

  2. Click on the CUET UG 2026 Admit Card link

  3. Enter application number and password/date of birth

  4. Submit login details

  5. Download and print the updated admit card

Candidates must verify their examination date, shift timing, reporting time, and exam centre details carefully.
