First and foremost, make a comprehensive study timetable to complete the syllabus exhaustively. Prepare the NCERTs chapters and topics, and then write the sectional tests or domain-wise mock tests to strengthen your preparation. Step 2: Finalize your domain subjects
You can choose a maximum of 6 domain subjects from the list given above. Since the choice of your course in the preferred also has an important role to play in the domain-subject selection, make sure to do it in advance. Go through the CUET eligibility criteria for the choice of your courses in your preferred universities to finalize your domain subjects. It is better to do this in advance so that you can align your CUET preparation accordingly.Step 3: Finalize the language of your choice

Step 4: Go through CUET syllabus in detail
While the CUET syllabus is wholly based on NCERTs, CBSE has exempted few chapters for Class XIIth board exam in select subjects. Make sure to check if NTA has included them in the syllabus for CUET exam. The syllabus is available on the official website of CUET (cuetsamarth.in). Hence, go through the syllabus for each of your chosen subjects and language in detail. Once you are done with the subject-wise preparation, make sure to write at least 5 full-length mock tests to develop the resilience to sit through the entire exam. CUET is a comprehensive and lengthy exam. Hence, you should practice sitting for long hours. Ans. Since the exam is purely based on NCERTs, it would take around 3-4 months of dedicated preparation to crack CUET with a good percentile.
