Downloading the SSB HCM PET PST Admit Card is a straightforward process. Follow these clear steps to access your admit card without any hassle.

• Visit the official website of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) – https://ssb.gov.in/.

• On the homepage, navigate to the HR section and click on "Recruitment" from the drop-down menu.

• Locate the PDF link corresponding to "Important Notice: Admit Card for the post of Head Constable (Ministerial) -2020 for PET and PST".

• Click on the admit card link within the PDF and enter your Registration ID and Password.

• After submitting the required details, your SSB HC PET PST Admit Card 2026 will appear on the screen.

• Download the admit card, save it as a PDF, and print it for the Physical Test.

SSB HCM Physical Test Date 2026

SSB HCM Physical Test (PET/PST) commences from January 28, 2026, onwards in phased manner at 10 venues across India. Admit cards for later batches (e.g., February 9) release progressively; check ssb.gov.in regularly. Report early with admit card, ID, photos; no mobiles allowed. Next stages follow qualification.

SSB Head Constable Ministerial Physical Test Details 

SSB HCM Physical Test includes PET and PST for 115 vacancies. PET for males: 1.6 km run in 6 min 30 sec, long jump 11 ft, high jump 3.5 ft (3 chances each). Females: 800m in 4 min, long jump 9 ft, high jump 3 ft. PST measures height, chest (males), weight per category relaxations. Qualifiers proceed to the written exam; prepare stamina and strength.

SSB HCM Physical Exam Instructions
