AAT Exam 2025: AAT Result 2025 has been announced today, i.e., 8 June 2025, on the official website at jeeadv.ac.in. Candidates can download the result using their application number, mobile number, and date of birth. AAT 2025 was held on 5 June 2025. Candidates who have cleared the JEE Advanced entrance exam can only attempt the exam. 

The AAT registration window was opened for one day only. It opened on 2 June 2025 and closed on 3 June 2025 by 5:00 pm. The exam was conducted under JEE Advanced for admission to BArch programs at IIT Kharagpur, IIT Varanasi, and IIT Roorkee. It must be noted that admission to these institutes is based on the candidate's rank in JEE Advanced rather than solely on AAT performance. Earlier, the JEE Advanced Results were announced on 2 June 2025.

What is AAT Exam?

The Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) is an annual exam conducted for candidates aspiring to join the BArch programs at IIT Kharagpur, IIT Varanasi, and IIT Roorkee. It is designed to assess a candidate’s architectural skills, creativity, and aptitude through sections like freehand drawing, geometrical drawing, 3D perception, and aesthetic sensitivity. The AAT application form 2025 was available online from 2 June 2025. The AAT exam application closing date was 3 June 2025 and eligible candidates are required to complete and submit the form before the deadline. Throughout the AAT 2025 application process, candidates had to register, verify the displayed information, and choose their preferred exam center from the provided options. Failure to submit the application form before the deadline would result in candidates being ineligible to take the examination.

  • Geometrical Drawing: Study about the geometrical drawings, angles, triangles, quadrilaterals, polygons, circles, etc, Analysis of simple solid objects such as cones, cylinders, prisms, cubes, splayed surface holders, etc
  • Imagination & Aesthetic Sensitivity: Consists of composition questions with elements such as context mapping, color grouping, etc. 
  • Architecture Awareness: Stay updated with current news and trends related to architectural creations. Read about the national, international, places, and personalities related to architects and designs for AAT. 
  • 3-D Perception: Have a clear understanding of the 3-D structure like building colors, volume, orientation, etc.

JEE Advanced AAT Admit Card 2025

Candidates appearing for JEE Advanced AAT 2025 will not receive a separate admit card. The JEE Advanced admit card will serve as the admit card for the AAT 2025 exam too. Upon arrival at the JEE Advanced exam center, candidates must present their JEE Advanced AAT admit card. Failure to produce the admit card will result in candidates being unable to take the entrance examination. Information regarding the assigned exam center and timings will be communicated to the candidates.

JEE Advanced AAT Cutoff
