How Megha Mhetre Secured AIR 60 in UCEED 2026 with PW

Megha Mhetre, secured AIR 60 in UCEED 2026 and OBC Category Rank 9 was the result of consistent practice, self-study, and focused preparation with PW. Starting her UCEED preparation early, Megha worked on both Part A and Part B, using PW’s recorded classes, PYQs, mock tests, and regular sketch practice.

While sketching was already one of her strengths, she focused more on improving Part A, where she initially faced challenges with concepts and different question types. Her journey shows how the right guidance from PW, regular practice, and a consistent approach can help aspirants achieve a strong rank in UCEED.

Megha Mhetre Secures AIR 60 in UCEED 2026

Megha was pleasantly surprised when she saw her UCEED 2026 result. She secured AIR 60 overall and OBC Category Rank 9.

She admitted that she had not expected such a result.

“Expected toh nahi tha. Result se pehle ChatGPT se evaluate karwa rahi thi, toh usne toh poora depress kar rakha tha ki nahi milega.”

Despite her doubts before the result, her preparation eventually translated into an excellent rank.

When Did Megha Start Preparing for UCEED?

Megha started preparing for UCEED during the previous year. Starting early gave her enough time to understand the exam requirements and practise both parts of the examination.

Her preparation focused on improving her conceptual understanding, solving questions, practising sketches, and taking mock tests.

Rather than depending only on her existing sketching skills, she worked on the areas where she needed more practice.

Part A Was Megha’s Biggest Challenge

For Megha, Part A required more effort than Part B.

She explained:

“Part B se zyada toh Part A mein struggle thi. Concepts ko samajhna aur different type ke questions solve karna.”

Understanding concepts and becoming comfortable with different question formats was a key part of her preparation.

Since Part A was her weaker area, she gave it focused attention through question practice and PYQs.

Sketching Was Already Her Strength

Megha had an existing interest in sketching, so she found Part B comparatively easier.

“Sketching mein toh pehle se hi interest tha, toh usmein zyada challenge nahi raha.”

However, she continued practising sketches and did not rely only on her natural interest. Feedback from PW faculty also helped her improve.

She regularly shared her sketches for review, particularly with Sakshi Ma’am.

“Unse maine bahut saari cheezein review karwayi hai. Main apne sketches Telegram par bhi send karti thi.”

This feedback helped her understand what she was doing well and where her sketches could be improved.

How PW Recorded Classes Helped Megha

Megha prepared through a PW UCEED batch and primarily relied on recorded lectures.

Because of the backlog she had when the batch started, she did not attend live classes.

“Maine ek bhi live class nahi kari hai. Saari recorded dekhi hain.”

Since Megha had not attended the live sessions, she relied on the recorded classes to cover the required concepts according to her schedule. She also complemented the classes with question practice and sketch reviews.

PYQs Were a Major Part of Her Strategy

For UCEED preparation, Megha relied heavily on Previous Year Questions (PYQs).

When asked about her preparation resources, she said:

“PYQs was the only source for UCEED, and baaki mocks wagairah.”

For Megha, PYQs formed a major part of her preparation along with mock tests. They helped her practise the types of questions she was likely to encounter and understand where she needed more preparation.

How Mock Tests Shaped Megha’s UCEED Preparation

Along with PYQs, mock tests were another major part of Megha’s preparation.

She recommended self-study, extensive question practice, and mocks to future aspirants.

“Self-study and solving a lot of questions and mocks is the main thing.”

She further explained:

“UCEED aisa hi exam hai jahan mocks would help a lot.”

Regular mocks helped her become familiar with the exam environment, practise different question types, and improve her overall test-taking approach.

Megha’s Advice for Future UCEED Aspirants

Megha’s preparation strategy was straightforward. She focused on:

  • Self-study and conceptual understanding

  • Solving PYQs

  • Attempting regular mock tests

  • Practising sketches

  • Getting sketches reviewed

  • Working more on weaker areas

Her journey shows why students should not prepare only according to their strengths. While sketching was already comfortable for Megha, she focused more on Part A because it required greater effort.

Megha Mhetre’s UCEED 2026 Success Story

Megha Mhetre’s AIR 60 and OBC Category Rank 9 in UCEED 2026 demonstrate the value of consistent preparation and targeted practice.

Her journey with PW included recorded classes, PYQs, mock tests, self-study, and regular sketch feedback. She identified Part A as her challenging area and worked on improving her conceptual and question-solving skills while continuing her sketch practice.

Her message to future aspirants is simple: focus on self-study, solve plenty of questions, practise PYQs, and take mock tests seriously.

For students preparing for UCEED 2027, Megha’s journey offers a practical approach: start early, strengthen concepts, practise regularly, learn from feedback, and use mocks to improve your exam readiness.
