UCEED Exam Dates 2024 : The 1st round of UCEED 2024 seat allotment was announced by IIT Bombay on April 10, 2024. The UCEED 2024 counseling registration took place between March 14 and April 2, 2024.
- Previously, IIT Bombay revealed the results of UCEED 2024 on March 8, 2024. The UCEED 2024 entrance exam was held on January 21, 2024, from 9 am to 12 noon.
- Admit cards for the UCEED 2024 exam were issued on January 5, 2024.
- The draft answer keys and candidates' responses for UCEED 2024 were downloadable from January 23, 2024, onwards. This was followed by the release of the final key on January 31, 2024, at 5 pm.
- The scores of the UCEED 2024 exam will determine admission to the five participating institutes, offering a combined intake of 205 seats for the B.Des program.
- The UCEED 2024 application form is now CLOSED.

Candidates preparing for the UCEED exam can familiarize themselves with significant exam occurrences for the design entrance examination listed below.Step 1: UCEED Application Process
To initiate the UCEED application process, candidates were required to register online. Subsequently, they completed all sections of the online application form and made the UCEED application fee payment. The UCEED 2024 application fee amounts to INR 3,600 for General and OBC candidates, and INR 1,800 for SC, ST, PwD, and female candidates.Step 2: UCEED Admit Card
IIT Bombay issued the UCEED admit card 2024 on January 5, 2024. The admit card contains essential details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, photograph, signature, exam schedule, examination center address, and exam instructions. On the exam day, candidates are required to bring a valid photo ID proof along with the UCEED admit card.Step 3: UCEED Examination
The UCEED paper consists of three sections featuring various question types, including Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions, Multiple Select Questions (MSQs), and Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).Step 4: UCEED Result and Rank List
UCEED results will be announced on the official exam website. Candidates can access their UCEED results by logging in with their registered email ID and password.Step 5: UCEED Counseling
Upon obtaining a valid UCEED rank, candidates must apply for admission at colleges that accept UCEED 2024 ranks/scores. Subsequently, candidates must meet the admission criteria specified by their respective colleges. A centralized UCEED seat allocation process will be conducted for admission to participating institutes of the UCEED 2024 exam.Step 6: UCEED Admission Lists

UCEED 2024 Application Form Date
- IIT Bombay concluded the application process for UCEED 2024 on November 20, 2023.
- The UCEED 2024 application form was accessible online at uceed.iitb.ac.in.
- The application window commenced on October 3, 2023. Alongside the release of the application form, IIT Bombay introduced the admission portal for the exam.
- The admission portal encompasses essential resources pertinent to the entrance exam, including the UCEED 2024 information brochure, previous years' question papers and answer keys, eligibility criteria, fee details, etc.
- Candidates were required to carefully review the crucial information before proceeding to fill out the UCEED 2024 application form.
UCEED 2024 Exam Date
The UCEED 2024 examination took place on January 21, 2024. Scores from the UCEED 2024 exam will be utilized for admission to the B.Des courses provided by the participating institutions. The UCEED 2024 consists of two parts:- Part A, conducted in a computer-based format, lasting for 1 hour, comprising of NAT, MCQ, and MSQ-type questions.
- Part B, featuring two subjective-type questions, with a duration of 2 hours.
UCEED 2024 Counselling and Seat Allotment
The counseling registration for UCEED 2024 took place from March 14 to April 2, 2024. Eligible candidates who have achieved a merit rank in the UCEED 2024 exam can participate in the registration process. During registration, candidates are required to input their preferred institutes and provide necessary information. The UCEED 2024 counseling seat allocation will be carried out in THREE Rounds. The first round of seat allocation for UCEED 2024 was announced on April 10, 2024.
