AISSEE 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the application form for Sainik School, which will open on November 7, 2023. Students can apply for the AISSEE 2024 online at exams.nta.ac.in/AISSEE/. The deadline to submit the AISSEE form 2024 is December 16, 2023.

Sainik School Admission 2024

The only class offered at the recently approved New Sainik schools is Class 6. Admission will be via the AISSEE 2024 exam. Students will be chosen for admission to these schools through e-counselling based on their performance in the AISSEE 2024, their medical fitness as assessed by competent medical authorities, and the authenticity of their original documents. Admission will be available through two channels.
  • 40% route: 40% of seats in AISSEE 2024 will be filled solely based on student rank. There is no consideration for Domicile/Category reservation.
  • 60% route: 60% of seats will be filled by students enrolled in recognised NSSs. The places will be filled depending on the rank earned in the school-specific merit list. There are no considerations for Domicile/Category reservations.

  • The student must be between the ages of 13 and 15 as of March 31, 2024.
  • Only male candidates may take the entrance exam for ninth-grade admission.
  • To be eligible for Sainik School Admission 2024, boys in the ninth grade must be enrolled in class 8.

AISSEE 2024 Reservation
