To be eligible for the CIL Management Trainee positions, candidates must meet specific academic requirements:

• Applicants are required to possess a B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. degree in the relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 60% marks.

Specific discipline-wise eligibility includes:

• Civil Discipline: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.

• Electrical Engineering Discipline: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
