Candidates possessing a GATE score card can apply through the CCMT portal, which is also utilised by NITs and several state government colleges. IIIT Delhi accepts students with average GATE scores through this specific route.
IIIT Delhi provides an alternative admission path for students taking admission without GATE through the PG-GET IIITD exam. This exam is designed similarly to IIIT Hyderabad's PG-DDE.
M.Tech Research Assistantship: Students selected for this role receive a stipend of ₹21,000 per month.
GATE-qualified candidates: Those with valid GATE 2024, 2025, or 2026 scores are eligible for a ₹12,400 per month stipend. This stipend is supported by MARD (Ministry of Human Resource Development, now Ministry of Education).
