  • For Post Code 02 (Scientist/Engineer 'SD'): Selection is based solely on interview performance, following initial screening via the ISRO Live Register portal.

  • Interview qualifying marks are 50/100.

  1. Aggregate Qualifying Marks (for Post Code 01): An aggregate of 60% in the selection process is required for final empanelment.

  2. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification.

  3. Medical Examination: A medical examination may be conducted as per organizational norms.

For Post Code 01, in case of a tie in final scores, marks from the written test, academic qualification, and date of birth (older candidates preferred) will be used to break the tie. Outstation candidates called for an interview will receive travel reimbursement.

ISRO URSC Salary & Job Profile 2026
