Candidates applying for the recruitment must meet specific eligibility requirements concerning nationality, age limits, and educational qualifications. 

MPBDC Manager (Tech.) Educational Qualification 2024

• Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech./B.Arch. degree in Civil/Architecture./Design /Electrical disciplines with a minimum of 60% marks from AICTE approved University/Institution.
• Candidates must have a valid Graduate Aptitude Test of Engineering in any one year of GATE-2023/GATE-2024/GATE-2025 in the relevant branches.

MPBDC Manager (Tech.) Age Limit 2024

• The minimum age limit of candidates for the Manager (Tech.) position should be 21 years and the maximum age limit should not be more than 35 years as on 1st January 2025.
• Candidates belonging to reserved categories and domicile of Madhya Pradesh are eligible to seek age relaxation benefits as per the government norms.

MPBDC Recruitment through GATE Selection Process

The MPBDC Selection Process 2026 relies on the candidates' performance in the GATE exam.

• A merit list will be prepared based on any one valid GATE Score card (GATE-2023/GATE-2024/GATE-2025).

• After the selection order is issued, candidates have a 15-day time limit for document verification.

• Failure to complete document verification or refusal of the offer will lead to cancellation of the selection, and the next eligible candidate will be considered.

• In the event of multiple candidates having identical GATE-2023/GATE-2024/GATE-2025 scores, the candidate who is older in age will be selected.

Candidates will serve a two-year probation period. Manager (Civil) roles are assigned a pay scale of Level-12, while Assistant Manager (Civil/Elec.) roles are at Pay Level-10. MPBDC Salary is Rs. 56100-177500 (Level-12).
