Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology with:
65% marks for General / EWS / OBC-NCL
55% marks for SC / ST / PwD
Candidates should have qualified GATE 2025 examination in the relevant discipline (Mechanical Engineering - ME, Electrical Engineering - EE, Chemical Engineering - CH).
The score is valid only if the candidate obtains more than or equal to the qualifying marks as fixed for the above papers by GATE-2025.
Final-Year Students Are Eligible
The notification clearly mentions that students currently in their final year of engineering can apply, provided they meet the percentage criteria at the time of document verification.
