NHIDCL Recruitment Through GATE 2026 Shortlisted Candidates List OUT: The National Highway and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL), a government enterprise, has released the NHIDCL Recruitment Through GATE 2026 Shortlisted Candidates List on the official website. A total of 250 candidates have been shortlisted based on the GATE 2024, 2025, and 2026 scores. Shortlisted candidates are eligible to appear for the document verification round scheduled to begin from June 24 to July 3, 2026. Candidates need to carry the original educational documents with the photocopied self-attested documents. 

NHIDCL Recruitment Overview

Many organisations recruit candidates based on their GATE score cards. The National Highway and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL), an enterprise under the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India, had issued an advertisement (Recruitment Notice Number 526) on April 24, 2026. This recruitment was for 85 posts of Deputy Manager Technical (E2 Grade). Selection specifically considered GATE scores from Civil Engineering batches of 2024, 2025, and 2026.

Shortlisting and Document Verification Process

NHIDCL has shortlisted approximately 250 students based on their GATE score cards. These shortlisted students are now required to attend Document Verification (DV). After successful DV, a final merit list will be prepared from the candidates who successfully complete the verification. The complete list of shortlisted candidates is now available. Candidates must report to the GM Recruitment, Head Office, NHIDCL, New Delhi, according to the provided schedule.

Document Verification Requirements

For Document Verification, candidates must carry:

• Original documents

• Two sets of self-attested photocopies of the following:

• GATE score card

• Date of Birth proof (Birth Certificate or 10th Marksheet)

• Civil Engineering Educational Certificates

• Reserve Category Certificate (if applicable)

• Benchmark Disability Certificate (if applicable)

• Aadhaar Card

• PAN Card

Shortlisted Candidates List Details and DV Schedule

The complete list of shortlisted candidates for the E2 level post is now available on the officia website. It includes the details such as application IDs, names, date of birth, and GATE registration numbers. The Document Verification schedule is set for any working day between June 24 and July 3, 2026.

Category-wise Shortlisting and Final Selection

NHLDCL has provided the list of the shortlisted candidates based on scores and category on the portal. The number of candidates who have been shortlisted is around 250. The final selection will be based on the document verification to check the original educational and ID proof-related documents of the candidates in the verification process.
