IAT Answer Key Release Date was the same as that of the examination day. Candidates must be aware that IAT 2025 happened on 25th May 2025. The answer key was released after the examination was over on the same day. The answer key contains IAT response sheet that indicates the correct response for all the questions. IISER’s website has the official provisional IAT answer key 2025. Candidates can visit the official link by simply visiting the official website of IISER(iiseradmission.in). Candidates will need to navigate through the”notices” link and then find the notification for “Announcement of Answer Keys of IAT 2025”. Click on the given link, and you will be able to access the provisional answer key.

Additionally, IAT 2025 applicants can avail of the original and official answer key from the direct link. IAT examination 2025 was conducted in both Hindi and English languages. IAT Answer Key 2025 Objection Facility

The provisional answer key is available with the official IAT response sheet. Candidates can match their responses with the correct answers ticked in the response sheet. While matching the responses, if a candidate feels that wrong responses are selected as the correct ones, they can proceed for challenging the provisional answer key. Candidates must be aware that they will be facilitated with the answer key objection feature soon. The date of availability of objection window is not confirmed yet from the IISER. It is expected to be released soon. 

Candidates can use this objection facility to challenge the provisional answer key. They can provide with the correct responses or explanations of each objected question by paying the prescribed fee. IISER subject expert panel will analyse the objections and after that the final answer key for IAT 2025 will be released later.

IAT Answer Key 2025 Marking Scheme

IAT 2025 includes questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. Each section had 15 questions for 4 marks each. Thus, the total marks allotted per section are 60 with a total marks of 240 overall. Candidates must note there is a provision of negative marking in this entrance test for education in IISER. Candidates can predict their final marks with the help of above given marking scheme. Using the official IAT answer key 2025, candidates can mark the number of correct responses and the number of incorrect responses. Then, they can give +4 marks to their correct and -1 mark to their incorrect response. And, finally sum them all. In this way, they can predict their final result of IISER IAT 2025.

IISER has not yet announced the final IAT answer key 2025 release date. However, the provisional answer key has been released earlier. Now, candidates will be provided with the opportunity to pose challenge to it for the wrongly indicated answers in the IAT response sheet. After all the objections are clarified by the subject expert panel of IISER, candidates will be provided with final IAT Answer Key Download Link on the official website.
