
IIT JAM 2026 Result Out: The IIT JAM Result 2026 has been officially announced by IIT Bombay today, 19th March 2026, on the official JOAPS portal jam2026.iitb.ac.in. Candidates who appeared for the Joint Admission Test for Master's (JAM) on 15th February 2026 can now check their results, All India Rank (AIR), and qualifying status. Scorecards will be available for download from 27th March 2026.
This year, thousands of science graduates appeared for the national-level exam to secure admission to postgraduate programs such as M.Sc., Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D., M.Sc.-M.Tech., and other courses offered by IITs and participating institutes.
The IIT JAM 2026 Result link is now active on the official JOAPS portal. Candidates who appeared for the exam on 15th February 2026 can log in using their Enrollment ID or Email ID and Password to check their results, All India Rank (AIR), and qualifying status. Scorecards can be downloaded directly from the portal.
Follow these steps to access your result and scorecard:
Visit the official IIT JAM 2026 website: jam2026.iitb.ac.in or joaps.iitb.ac.in.
Click on the “IIT JAM 2026 Result” link on the homepage.
Log in using your Enrollment ID / Email ID and Password.
Enter the captcha code and submit the form.
Your IIT JAM result and scorecard will be displayed on the screen.
Download the scorecard in PDF format and print a copy for future reference.
Candidates are advised to save multiple copies of the scorecard as it will be required during the admission process in participating institutes.

The Joint Admission Test for Master's (JAM) is a national-level exam conducted to evaluate candidates’ aptitude and understanding in various science subjects. This year’s examination was conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode across two sessions:
Forenoon: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Afternoon: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Candidates appearing for JAM are assessed on their knowledge of subjects including Biotechnology, Chemistry, Economics, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, and Mathematical Statistics.
