IIIT Ranchi Admission 2024 : The Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIT) Ranchi has been established through a Public Private Partnership between the Ministry of Education (MoE), the Government of India (GoI), and the Government of Uttar Pradesh (Jharkhand) with the participation of industry partners such as TTL, TCS, and CCL. This institute is an independent institution.
The Government of India has provided financial assistance to the Institute of Indian Institute of Technology (IIIT) Ranchi, allowing for the acquisition of land for the Digital Valley campus, located in the Kanche Block area of Ranchi to establish a self-sufficient, teaching-and-research-led education institution.IIIT Ranchi Admission 2024 Overview
The Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) in Ranchi is an institute of national importance under the Ministry of Human Resources and Development (MHRD) of the Government of India. It's one of the 25 institutes of information technology, with a focus on information technology, that were set up by the government of India. The institute is currently running out of an interim campus in Ranchi and has reserved 67 acres of land in Kanke in Ranchi for its permanent campus. IIIT Ranchi offers two specializations of Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) courses: Computer Science and Engineering and Electronics and Communications Engineering. Prior to applying for admission, applicants must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria. This four-year undergraduate course is focused on Computer Science Engineering, and Electronics & Communications Engineering. The tuition fee for all semesters is INR 8,04 Lacs, and the intake capacity is 270 seats. IIIT Ranchi Admission 2024
IIIT Ranchi's BTech Admissions for 2024 are based on the Joint Eligibility-cum-Entrance Examination (JEE) Main rank followed by Joint Admission System (JoSAA) counseling. Registrations for JEE Main 2024 are expected to commence in November 2023. For BTech CSE 2023, the cutoff for General category candidates remained at 28160- 32560. For MTech Admissions, the GATE Score is accepted. JEE (Main) Seats are filled based on the All India Quota of the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA).- Colleges are offered to candidates on the basis of their All India Rank in JEE Main To get admission to IIIT Ranchi Get admission in JEE Main by getting a good rank and applying through JoSAA.
- Applicants will be able to select an Institute from the available list of Institutes online. The preferred institute for the selection process will be IIIT Ranchi.
- The next step is JoSAA's online seat selection process.
