The JEE Main 2026 Session 2 registration fee can be paid only through online modes, including debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI. Offline payment methods are not accepted under any circumstances. Candidates must ensure that the payment is successful, as incomplete or failed transactions will not generate the confirmation page. In case of multiple payments due to technical errors, the excess amount will be refunded after the final result declaration. Once paid, the application fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another candidate or session.
Candidates should carefully verify their category, gender, and selected papers before proceeding to fee payment. Any incorrect selection may lead to issues later, as limited fields can be edited during the correction window. The fee for Session 2 is separate from Session 1, even if the candidate uses the same application number. NTA strictly allows only one application per candidate, and multiple submissions may result in cancellation. It is strongly recommended to save the payment receipt and confirmation page for future reference.
