IPMAT Indore Age Limit 2027 (Expected)

The age limit is one of the first eligibility conditions candidates should verify before applying. While the official criteria for IPMAT 2027 are yet to be announced, IIM Indore generally follows a fixed age policy with relaxation for reserved categories.

Based on the latest admission policy, candidates in the General, EWS, and NC-OBC categories were required to be born on or after 1 August 2006 for the 2026 admission cycle. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwD categories received a five-year relaxation in the upper age limit.

Until IIM Indore releases the IPMAT 2027 admission policy, candidates can use the previous admission cycle as a reference. The revised cut-off date, if any, will be updated after the official notification is published. 

IPMAT Indore Educational Qualification 2027

Apart from the age limit, candidates must also satisfy the prescribed academic qualifications to become eligible for admission.

According to the latest admission policy, applicants should have completed both Class X (SSC) and Class XII (HSC) or an equivalent examination from a recognised board. Students appearing in the qualifying examination within the prescribed timeline may also apply, subject to fulfilling all admission requirements after the declaration of results.

Candidates studying under international boards such as IB or IGCSE are also eligible, provided they submit the required equivalence documents as specified by IIM Indore.

The percentage of marks is calculated using the aggregate marks awarded by the respective examination board. Candidates whose boards award letter grades instead of percentages must provide an official conversion certificate.

Reservation Policy for IPMAT Indore 2027

IIM Indore follows the reservation policy prescribed by the Government of India for admissions to the Integrated Programme in Management. Candidates applying under reserved categories must possess valid certificates issued by the competent authority.

Applicants claiming reservation benefits should ensure that all supporting documents are valid and uploaded during the application process. Requests for category changes after submitting the application are generally not accepted.
