IIBF DRA Syllabus 2025  : The Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) conducts the IIBF Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) Exam 2025. The IIBF DRA 2025 Exam is scheduled to take place on 5th July, 2nd August and 20th September 2025.

The IIBF Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) Exam 2025 aims to prepare candidates with the crucial banking knowledge, recovery techniques, and interpersonal skills needed to carry out debt collection in an ethical and efficient manner.

IIBF DRA Exam Pattern 2025

Examination will be conducted in English, Hindi and other vernacular languages viz. Marathi, Malayalam, Gujarati, Kannada, Oriya, Bengali, Tamil, Telegu and Assamese. DRA Telecallers examination will be conducted in English only.

• IIBF DRA Question Paper will contain 100 objective type multiple choice questions
