Educational Qualifications

1. Law Graduate :
   • The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (including an Integrated Degree Course in Law) from any recognized School/College/University/Institution established by law in India.
   • The institution must be recognized by the Bar Council of India for enrollment as an Advocate.
2. Final-Year Law Students :
   • Candidates in the fifth year of a Five-Year Integrated Law Course or the third year of a Three-Year Law Course after graduation are also eligible to apply.
   • Such candidates must furnish proof of acquiring the law qualification before taking up the assignment as a Law Clerk-cum-Research Associate.
3. Additional Skills :
