Getting a seat is an important milestone, but candidates still have admission formalities to complete. Candidates who receive a seat in the second phase must:
Download or print the allotment memo.
Pay the applicable fee or balance fee.
Report to the allotted college.
Complete admission within the specified deadline.
Complete joining formalities by September 18, 2026, 4:00 PM.
Candidates should pay close attention to the joining deadline. If a candidate fails to join within the stipulated period, the allotment will be lost and the candidate will not be considered for further centralised allotment.
The fee payment process depends on the type of college allotted to the candidate.
For candidates allotted seats in Self-Financing Medical/Dental Colleges, the applicable fee or balance fee mentioned in the allotment memo has to be paid to the concerned college.
For candidates allotted seats in Government Medical/Dental Colleges, the complete fee has to be paid to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
CEE has also clarified that the 2026-27 fee for self-financing medical/dental colleges had not yet been fixed when the notification was issued. Candidates allotted such seats have to provisionally pay the fee fixed for 2025-26 and pay any balance later if the fee fixed for 2026-27 is higher.
Candidates who have received a seat through the Kerala NEET UG Round 2 Seat Allotment 2026 must complete their joining formalities by September 18, 2026, 4:00 PM.
The college approval/submission of admitted candidates is scheduled by September 18, 2026, 5:00 PM.
Candidates should therefore avoid waiting until the last moment to complete the admission process.
Candidates who receive an allotment should carefully check their allotment details and download the allotment memo. The next priority is completing the applicable fee payment and reporting to the allotted college within the prescribed timeline.
The Kerala NEET UG 2026 Final Allotment Result marks a crucial stage in the MBBS/BDS state counselling process, so candidates should ensure that all joining formalities are completed within the specified deadline.
