The training ensures that provisions of the Civil Procedure Code (CPC) are accurately translated into formal legal documents.

2. Advanced Criminal Litigation and Practice

Criminal defence and prosecution require a strong understanding of procedural strategy, timing, and case file analysis. This module covers the practical lifecycle of a criminal case, including:

• Analysing First Information Reports (FIRs) and criminal complaints.

• Understanding the legal parameters of arrest, detention memos, and police guidelines.

• Drafting regular, anticipatory, and default bail applications.

• Handling arguments during the framing of charges and filing discharge applications.
