
Maharashtra NEET UG 2026 Revised Final Merit List: The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra has officially published the Maharashtra NEET UG 2026 Revised Final Merit List for Group A courses (MBBS and BDS).
Medical and dental aspirants who registered for the Maharashtra State Centralised Admission Process (CAP) can now access the official document online. The list contains candidate details, state merit numbers, NEET All India Ranks, categories across government and private medical institutions in the state.
The Maharashtra NEET UG 2026 Revised Final Merit List has been released by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra for CAP Round 1 MBBS and BDS admissions. The final merit list was published on August 28, 2026.

Candidates can check their merit number, NEET UG rank and eligibility status through the official Maharashtra NEET UG counselling portal. The merit list is used for the subsequent choice-filling and seat-allotment process.

You can easily locate your position in the state ranking using your NEET roll number or CET registration ID.
Visit the official portal at cetcell.mahacet.org or medical2026.mahacet.org.
Navigate to the UG Medical Admissions (NEET UG 2026) section.
Click on the link titled Revised Final Merit List for Group A (MBBS/BDS) (finalmerit-grpa-r1_28.pdf).
Open the downloaded PDF file on your computer or smartphone.
Press Ctrl + F (or use the Find search bar on mobile) and type your NEET Roll Number, Application Form Number, or Full Name.
Check your State Merit Number (SML), category, constitutional reservation status, and any remarks provided against your name.
Save and print a copy of the page showing your entry for your records during college admission reporting.
After verifying your status on the Maharashtra NEET UG 2026 Revised Final Merit List, complete these remaining steps:
Check Seat Allotment Status: Review the Round 1 allotment results published on August 30, 2026, using your candidate login.
Physical College Reporting: Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 must report physically to their assigned college between August 31 and September 4, 2026 (till 5:30 PM).
