As per the official notification, candidates who were allotted seats in round 1 and round 2 can resign from their seats with the forfeiture of their security deposit. The board has clarified that:- Candidates who opted for "No" to upgradation in Round-3 counselling or have opted for "Yes" but have completed document verification can forfeit their seats allotted in earlier rounds.
