Dr. Dikshika’s FMGE Success Story: Scoring 167 Marks with Physics Wallah

Achieving a good score in FMGE is not only about studying hard but also about staying consistent through uncertainty, self-doubt, and changing exam patterns. Dr. Dikshika's journey to scoring 167 marks in FMGE June 2026 reflects how steady preparation, concept-based learning, and the right guidance can make a significant difference.

She began preparing while still in medical college, stayed consistent even when covering 19 subjects felt impossible, and gradually built confidence through regular revision, PYQs, and Physics Wallah's Predictor Kit. From a nervous moment before checking her result to celebrating her success with family, her journey offers valuable lessons for every FMGE aspirant.

How Early Challenges Shaped Dr. Dikshika's FMGE Preparation

Before securing 167 marks in FMGE June 2026, Dr. Dikshika struggled with uncertainty and the pressure of managing all 19 subjects together. During medical college, she often questioned whether completing such a vast syllabus was even possible, but instead of giving up, she decided to keep moving forward one step at a time.

"College mein bahut clueless feel hota tha. Samajh hi nahi aata tha ki ye sab kaise hoga."

At the beginning of her preparation, everything felt overwhelming. Covering 19 medical subjects together seemed unrealistic, making it difficult to decide where to begin.

"19 subjects ek saath cover karna bahut unrealistic lagta tha."

The size of the syllabus often made her feel anxious. Instead of thinking about the entire syllabus at once, she slowly started focusing on whatever she could complete each day.

"Kabhi-kabhi sirf ek topic hi complete hota tha, toh lagta tha ki 19 subjects kab complete honge."

There were days when her progress felt slower than expected, but she refused to treat those days as failures.

"Main bas khud ko bolti thi ki aaj kuch toh kiya hai. Din waste nahi gaya."

This simple mindset helped her overcome self-doubt and continue preparing even when the journey seemed difficult. Looking back, she believes that staying mentally strong during those early months became the foundation of her FMGE success.

Starting FMGE Preparation Early Helped Dr. Dikshika Stay Ahead

Rather than waiting until internship or the final few months before FMGE, Dr. Dikshika began preparing during medical college itself. Starting early allowed her to build concepts gradually instead of rushing through the syllabus at the end.

"Main preparation college se hi start kar di thi. Usi time se classes attend karna shuru kar diya tha."

Preparing alongside regular medical studies was not easy, but she believed that beginning early would reduce the pressure later.

"Main videos dekhti thi, theory padhti thi aur beech-beech mein GT bhi deti thi."

Instead of depending on a single study method, she combined lectures, theory, and regular self-assessment to strengthen her understanding.

Although she was learning consistently, she realised that one important part of her preparation still needed improvement.

"Starting mein main questions utne consistently solve nahi karti thi."

She understood that simply completing lectures and theory would not be enough to succeed in FMGE. This realisation later encouraged her to focus much more on question practice, which became one of the biggest turning points in her preparation.

Role of Physics Wallah in Strengthening Dr. Dikshika's FMGE Preparation

Along with her own consistency, Dr. Dikshika credits Physics Wallah for helping her simplify subjects that she once found difficult. Instead of memorising information, she focused on understanding concepts through lectures, predictor sessions, and continuous practice.

"Prasanna Sir aur Ashwini Sir ne subjects ko mere liye bahut easy bana diya."

Their teaching style helped her understand topics that had earlier seemed difficult during medical college.

One subject that always worried her was Pharmacology. However, the dedicated revision sessions completely changed her confidence.

"Pharma mera hamesha se weak subject tha, but 50-question Predictor session ke baad confidence aa gaya."

Instead of fearing the subject, she started believing she could attempt a good number of Pharmacology questions in the actual examination.

"Mujhe laga agar Pharma ke 17 questions aayenge toh main 9–10 toh confidently kar hi lungi."

Towards the final months, she also changed the way she approached question practice.

"Last ke do months mein maine PYQs solve karne start kiye, uske baad Predictor Kit solve ki."

She believes Predictor Kit helped her because it exposed her to completely new questions instead of repeating previous papers.

"Predictor Kit mein naye questions the. Exam mein bhi naye questions hi aane wale the, isliye usne bahut help ki."

Although she could not complete all 19 Predictor Kits, solving around 8–10 subjects strengthened her conceptual understanding.

"Main saare Predictor Kits complete nahi kar paayi, but jitne kiye unhone mera confidence kaafi improve kar diya."

For her, Physics Wallah was not only about lectures—it helped her develop the confidence to approach unfamiliar questions during the examination.

The Breakthrough Moment: From a Tough FMGE Paper to 167 Marks

FMGE June 2026 was one of the toughest sessions in recent years, with a lengthy paper, new question formats, and several unexpected challenges. Despite the difficulty level, Dr. Dikshika stayed composed and relied on the preparation she had built over many months.

She found that the examination was much more clinical than expected.

"Video-based questions aaye the. Hospital rotations ka experience wahan bahut kaam aaya."

The practical exposure she had gained during her hospital rotations helped her approach these questions with greater confidence. It also reinforced her belief that practical learning is just as important as theoretical preparation.

Just five days before the examination, however, one Grand Test almost shattered her confidence.

"23 June ke GT mein mere sirf 136 marks aaye the. Mujhe laga meri itni months ki mehnat kahaan gayi."

Although the score was disappointing, she chose not to let one mock test define months of hard work. Instead, she focused on revising important topics and entered the examination believing she had given her best.

When the FMGE result was announced, she was watching a movie when her friends informed her that the result had been declared. Rather than opening it immediately, she first downloaded the PDF and visited a temple before checking her score.

"Pehle maine PDF download ki, phir seedha mandir gayi. Bas Bhagwan ji se bola, 'Main result dekhne ja rahi hoon... please mere saath rehna.'"

After returning, she finally opened the result.

"Result khola toh pehle believe hi nahi hua. Do-teen baar dobara check kiya ki kahin galat toh nahi dekh rahi."

The screen showed 167 marks. It was a moment that reflected months of consistent preparation, steady revision, continuous question practice, and the confidence she had built throughout her FMGE journey.

Looking back, her biggest advice to future FMGE aspirants is simple:

"GT mein marks kam aaye toh bhi hope mat chhodo. Bas padhte raho aur last tak give up mat karo."

Dr. Dikshika's FMGE success demonstrates that clearing the examination is not about studying everything at once. With Physics Wallah’s guidance, revision support, and exam-focused preparation approach, she followed consistent revision, regular question practice, and concept-based learning. Her journey highlights how starting early and maintaining confidence can help aspirants achieve success, as she scored 167 marks in FMGE June 2026 in her first attempt.
