FMGE Pass Percentage Trend

The recent FMGE sessions show a noticeable decline in the June 2026 pass percentage.

FMGE Session Pass Percentage
December 2025 23.94%
June 2025 18.62%
June 2024 20.89%

The qualifying marks remained unchanged across all these sessions. However, the overall pass percentage varied based on candidate performance and the examination conducted in each session.

Why Did the FMGE June 2026 Pass Percentage Drop?

The FMGE Passing Marks 2026 did not change. Candidates still needed 150 out of 300 marks to qualify.

However, the pass percentage dropped significantly compared to previous sessions. One of the key reasons was the higher difficulty level of the June 2026 question paper. Many candidates found the questions more challenging than those asked in earlier examinations.

NBEMS also carried out a technical review of all questions after the examination. Candidates received full marks for technically incorrect questions. Where a question had two correct answers, candidates choosing either correct option received marks. Even after these corrections, only 12.4% of candidates qualified.
