
The stray round schedule for NEET PG 2025 counselling has now been released online. The Medical Counselling Committee will open registration and choice filling from February 16, 2026. Candidates can register until February 18, while the choice filling window will close on February 19, 2026.
Students must lock their preferences between 4:00 pm and 11:30 pm on February 19. The seat allotment result for the stray round will be declared on February 21, 2026. Meanwhile, the deadline for reporting in the ongoing process has been extended till February 13, 2026.
Earlier, the Round-3 final result of NEET PG 2025 was published on February 6, 2026 on the official MCC website. According to available data, 10,084 candidates received fresh allotments, while 8,589 secured seats through upgradation.
Candidates who receive seats in the stray round will need to download their allotment letters to complete admission formalities. Aspirants should also remember that National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences revised the All India Quota cutoff for every category. The qualifying percentile has been reduced to zero, and for SC/ST candidates, the cut-off stands at minus forty.

Step 1: Registration and Fee Payment

Fill preferred courses and colleges in order of priority.

System auto-locks choices if not locked manually.
Step 3: Seat Allotment
Seat allotment result is released online.
Allotment is based on NEET PG AIR, choices filled, seat availability, and reservation rules.
Step 4: Reporting to Allotted College
Download the allotment letter and report to the allotted college.
Carry original documents and complete admission formalities.
Non-reporting leads to seat cancellation and possible deposit forfeiture.
