NEET PG Re-Exam 2026: Affected Candidates at Jaipur Sitapura Centres to Reappear on Sept 5

NEET PG Re-Exam 2026: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has issued a notice regarding the re-examination. The notice is dated August 30, 2026. As per the notice, the re-examination will be conducted for affected candidates at the iON Digital Zone iDZ Sitapura centres in Jaipur, Rajasthan. NEET PG Re-Exam 2026 will be organised for the candidates on September 5, 2026.

This happened due to a power failure at the Jaipur centres.  The revised admit cards will be issued on the NBEMS official website. Candidates should check the latest details carefully and follow the instructions given by NBEMS.

Why is the NEET PG Re-Exam Being Conducted?

NEET PG 2026 examination was conducted on August 30, 2026. A total of 2,73,096 candidates were registered for the examination. Out of these, 2,65,980 candidates appeared at 1,111 centres across the country. Around 2,63,535 candidates were able to complete the examination. However, candidates at the iON Digital Zone iDZ Sitapura centres, Jaipur, Rajasthan, could not complete the examination because of an internal power failure at the centres.

The notice states that the issue was attributed to TCS Ltd., the exam conducting agency. To give the affected candidates another chance to complete the examination, NBEMS has decided to conduct a re-examination

NEET PG Re-Exam 2026 Overview

NBEMS has issued a notice informing the candidates regarding the NEET PG Re-Exam for the Sitapura centres located in Jaipur. Candidates who are unable to give the exam due to the power failure. They will appear for the NEET PG Re-Exam scheduled for September 5, 2026. 

NEET PG Re-Exam Date and Time 2026

NEET PG re-examination will be held on September 5, 2026 (Saturday).

The examination will begin at 3:00 PM in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The re-examination is only for the candidates who could not complete the original NEET PG 2026 examination because of the issue at the affected centres.

Candidates should reach the exam centre on time and follow all instructions given by NBEMS.
