AIIMS Exam Pattern 2025 is based on the NEET UG exam as AIIMS has discontinued its own entrance test. The exam is conducted in offline pen-and-paper mode and includes multiple-choice questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The total duration of the exam is 3 hours and it carries 720 marks, with 4 marks awarded for each correct answer and 1 mark deducted for each incorrect response. The question paper is available in multiple languages including English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and others.
