The NEET UG 2026 Admit Card is issued provisionally, subject to the fulfillment of all eligibility conditions prescribed by NTA. The issuance of the admit card does not automatically confirm a candidate’s eligibility, which may be verified again during counselling and admission stages.
Candidates are required to download the admit card only from the official NTA website and appear for the examination strictly at the centre, date, and time mentioned on it. Entry to the examination centre at any other time or venue is not permitted.
Candidates must download their NEET UG 2026 Admit Card from the official website:
https://neet.nta.nic.in/.
The admit card will not be sent by post under any circumstances. Additionally, duplicate admit cards will not be issued at examination centres, making it essential for candidates to download and print it well in advance.
If a candidate is unable to download the admit card due to technical or other issues, they may seek assistance from NTA through the designated help channels. Candidates can contact the NTA Help Line between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM or write to the official email address:
neetug2026@nta.ac.in
Candidates must carefully verify all particulars printed on the admit card, including name, photograph, signature, and personal details, and compare them with the Confirmation Page. In case of any discrepancy, candidates should immediately contact the NTA Help Line within the prescribed hours.
Even in such cases, candidates are permitted to appear in the examination using the already downloaded admit card, while NTA will carry out necessary corrections at a later stage.
Candidates must ensure that the admit card is not mutilated, altered, or damaged in any manner. It should be preserved in good condition, as it may be required during counselling and admission processes.
No admit card will be issued to candidates whose applications are found incomplete due to reasons such as unsigned applications, indistinct or doubtful photographs, or failure to meet eligibility criteria.
